One of the finest citizens is Falcon Chile. He's from Chile, he takes good pictures and once made Wild Weasel interesting (He has three little serpents and a cat! Serpents=kids). His photos are pretty much top tier. So when he posts them on JD he gets a lot of replies, and a lot of 5 star ratings. However some clown rated his low, he starts a thread asking why it happened to him, me and a few others including "Footloose". Footloose is some "hillbilly with a light tent"(Thanx Dan!) and his response was taking a picture of a toy giving the middle fingers. Ya know because the number one way to solve an issue is taking a picture of a toy. Anyways after this happens FC has wised up to these people being real rotten jerks, and is all "Peace bro, see you on flickr mi amigo"
However the real bandito behind Falcon getting low starred, was discovered by a Number One good guy (Who is also the best National Treasure) Fireflyed. He took some picture of a wicked sick custom, and what happened? Low fuckin' rating man! Fireflyed is a real man so he called out possible suspects (Americanese guy, figure thief, delusional alcoholic, Guy named after Stallone movie) and what happened? He learned it was General Scarlett!

General Scarlett is a person who's G.I. Joe universe is very bizarre and strangely she's even more so! She has two accounts one as General Scarlett and one as Flint, who just posts "GRATE JOB SCARLETT" on all her pictures. It's like the craziest schizo around. She also once claimed CHOCOLATE CITY (Image not found) would cause the boy scouts of America to have the webmaster of Joedios sent to prison.
